VideoProfitsAI provides an AI-powered platform for creating UGC (User-Generated Content) style marketing videos. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected
• Payment processor: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Founders pricing: Founders pricing is locked for the duration of your active, continuous subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe, standard pricing applies
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect

4Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

• Money-back guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
• Post-guarantee cancellations: Cancellations after the 7-day period take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time
• Access after cancellation: You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you must not:

• Generate content that is deceptive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or promotes hatred or violence
• Create videos that impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service or its underlying technology
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service without authorization
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible
• Update, modify, or discontinue features to improve the platform
• Experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control (third-party outages, force majeure events)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service.

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to marketing results, business outcomes, or third-party claims

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoProfitsAI and its owner, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Content you create, upload, or distribute using the Service

11Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• Your payment method fails and is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in Sweden. For consumers within the EU, you retain any mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending a notification to the email associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

14Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
